Show & Tell: 03/31/13

March 30, 2013

Hi All! So I've been doing some serious thinking as of late about my blog--which eventually led me to remember back to when I first started blogging.  I started this blog as a way to share my memories with my family and scrappy friends and lately I feel like I haven't been sharing my pages as much as I would like to.

So in addition to the other series and resources that I post here, I'll also be posting a quick round-up of the pages I've done throughout the week over each weekend.  Hopefully this will offer some of you an extra shot of inspiration and others a closer look at our family's memories.  Either way I do hope you'll pop in for a peek :)

My Pages from the Week of 03/24/2013

As some of you may have noticed...I'm giving 8.5 x 11" pages a try and am really loving it.  Not only has it cut down on the time it takes me to do a page, but I am also excited about the prospects of the cost of printing and page protectors going down as well.

This page is a tribute to my two favorite shows on Sunday night.  I'm actually thinking of making a mini album with all of my favorite tv shows included, based on the nights that they show.

The photos I used on this page are two of my very favorite photos of my boys and they have been for a long time so I wanted to get them on a page together.  Just like these photos, my love for my boys is timeless--just when I think it isn't possible for me to love these guys any more than I already do they always seem to prove me wrong!

I love the perspective on this photo of my son--he literally looks like he is on top of the world.   And though I've already scrapbooked this photo, I've been going back through some of the photos I've scrapbooked on paper and re-scrapping them digitally--just to make sure they'll stand the test of time!

This photo is one of my favorite photos that I took of my SIL & BIL for their engagements and it went so well with this quote I came across--so I thought together they'd make a beautiful page.
