Show & Tell | 10/19/13

October 19, 2013

I hope you are all enjoying your lovely fall weather as much as my family and I are.  I've been so very inspired by the "Autumn Days" as of late, as you'll see from the pages I'm about to share with you from this week.  I've also been doing quite a bit of hybrid crafting in preparations for my son's upcoming Halloween Party and I'm looking forward to sharing some of my creations with you next week.  But now here's a look at my pages from this past week.

My Pages from the Week of 10/14/13

This page was a ton of fun and the template's split design inspired me to have a little bit of fun with color in my papers, embellishments and even in my photos. I really loved how this page turned out and I love the mix of photos from the past 5 years that I was able to use. This page not only captures my love of Autumn, but I also feel like it offers a great look at my life in Autumns over the past few years.

This page's design was inspired by a couple of pages I saw while attending this month's Digi Night Out.  I loved the over-sized chevrons that Britanee Walker  and Lynnette Wilkins incorporated in their designs and wanted to find a fun way to try it out in one of my own pages.

And this page I made using the featured monthly sketch from Write. Click. Scrapbook--inspired by a page by Jennifer Hignite.  Click here to see more inspiration from the WCS gals and to download the sketch for use in you own page.
