The Premium Membership Templates and Story Starters for March are here!  And here's a look at how I was inspired to use them in my own memory keeping.

I used this month's Story Starters--based on the theme of "adventures"--to inspire me to record the memory of this special outdoor adventure to our favorite historic farm, in Spring Surprise.  We go every year to see the baby animals but this past year was special because my son pet the animals and fed them all by himself and was not even a little bit scared!

I used one of March's New templates for this page as well.  I loved the stack of patterned strips that underscore the photo--I think they turned out to be a great way to mix these beautiful colors and patterns and to help set the mood for my photo and its story.

For my page Oh Gourdy! I've used another one of the new templates from March, this time one of the letter-sized options.  I used a lot of soft colors here and then added this soft and hazy photo treatment to tie in my photo and create a really dreamy look  overall.  I completed this page using the letter-sized template as was and then selected all of my layers and dragged them onto a 12 x 12 canvas.  Finally I used the doilies and a few additional embellishments to merge the two canvases.
